- RPNGC RESERVE RECRUITMENT DRIVE 2025
- EAST SEPIK PROVINCE
The Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary is conducting a recruitment drive to select qualified Grade 12 graduates from East Sepik Province for Police Reserve Training. This initiative aligns with the National Government's commitment to increasing the constabulary's workforce in line with the Government's Vision 2050, the Medium-Term Development Plan IV, and the RPNGC Corporate Plan 2021-2030.
RESERVE RECRUIT TRAINING - EAST SEPIK PROVINCE
MINIMUM SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Must possess a valid Grade 12 certificate.
- Must have completed Grade 12 at a government-recognized institution.
- Must be between the ages of 25 and 45.
- Must be physically and mentally fit and pass the RPNGC medical examination.
- Must have a minimum height of 158 cm.
- Must have no prior criminal convictions.
YOUR APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE:
- A signed personal letter expressing your interest.
- A completed application form (photocopies are acceptable).
- A recent passport-sized photo of yourself.
- A copy of your Grade 12 certificate (retain the original).
- A copy of your Grade 10 certificate (retain the original).
Three reference letters from reputable individuals who know you personally, such as a school headmaster or teacher, a local pastor, a business professional, or a government official.

APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN PERSON TO THE EAST SEPIK POLICE HEADQUARTERS THROUGH THE PROVINCIAL POLICE TRAINING OFFICER (PTO) OR THE OFFICER-IN-CHARGE (OIC) RESERVE AT WEWAK POLICE STATION.
