The University of Papua New Guinea has now announce the Non School Leavers Acceptance list for 2023 academic year.
The new acceptance list released by the university include
- Law Programs
- Medicine (Health Science)
- Computer Science & Mathematics

Options For Paying Compulsory Fees
UPNG encourages all its Undergraduate (Internal) students to pay their Compulsory Fees from the University Information System (UIS) through the BSP Pay platform, as we have already advised. In case you have any difficulty including connectivity and accessibility issues, paying your fees online using BSP Pay, please select from the following optional instructions:
Category 1: Students who have a BSP Bank account, but have difficulties paying their Compulsory Fees, online, through BSP Pay.
These students are advised to keep a sufficient amount of money in their own BSP Bank account to pay the Compulsory Fees and come to the University. The University Administration team will assist you to pay your Compulsory Fees, online, using BSP Pay, and register your courses, online.
Category 2: Students who DO NOT have a BSP Bank account, but have an account with another bank operating in Papua New Guinea.
These students are advised to keep a sufficient amount of money in their own bank account with another bank to pay the Compulsory Fees and come to the University. The University Administration team will assist you to:
• open an account with BSP;
• pay your fees online from UIS using BSP Pay; and
• register your courses, online.
Alternatively, these students are advised to pay their Compulsory Fees into UPNG Bank Account (BSP A/C: 1000584013, BSB: 8202) in any mode available from their bank, and provide the receipt as proof of payment to the UPNG Bursary upon arrival at the University.
The University Administration team will assist you to register for your courses, online, after the Bursary confirms the receipt of your fees. These students are also advised to open a BSP Bank account, on arrival, in order to pay any future fees, online, through BSP Pay.
Category 3: International Students and students from the South Pacific countries who DO NOT have bank accounts with BSP or any other banks operating in Papua New Guinea.
These students are advised to pay their Compulsory Fees into UPNG Bank Account (BSP A/C: 1000584013, BSB: 8202) in any mode available from their country, and provide proof of payment to the UPNG Bursary upon arrival at the University. You will be assisted to register for your courses, online, after the Bursary confirms the receipt of your fees.
These students are also advised to open a BSP Bank account in PNG, upon arrival, in order to pay their fees, online, through BSP Pay in future.
