  1. Certificate in Higher Education Foundation Studies (CHEFS)

The Certificate in Higher Education  Foundation Studies Program (CHEFS) is a  compulsory course of study for students seeking  entry into a Bachelor level program at the  Western Pacific University.

AIM

The goal is to provide students with the  fundamental academic knowledge and skills  they will need to succeed in a modern,  digitally enabled higher education learning  environment.

The Certificate in Higher Education  Foundation Studies Program also aligns with WPU's mission of advancing academic  success and quality in the academic  disciplines of science, and technology.


Dependent on the student's personal choice, other outcomes in  the program include attaining

  • Certificate in Cybersecurity (from CISCO)
  • Certificate and e-Badges in Learning in a
  • Digital Age (from OERu)
