The Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary is now inviting interested applicants from the National Capital District (NCD), Gulf Province, and Central to apply for the 2026 Police Regular Recruit Training. This recruitment aligns with the National Government’s directive to increase police manpower in accordance with the PNG Vision 2050 targets, the Medium-Term Development Plan, and the RPNGC Corporate Plan 2021–2030.
REGULAR RECRUIT TRAINING
KEY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Papua New Guinea Citizen
- Aged between 20 - 30 years
- Evidence of a Grade 12 school certificate from an approved government-certified educational institution
- Minimum of year 12 education with “C” grades in English and Mathematics
- No criminal record or previously dismissed RPNGC member.
- Must be physically and medically fit (fitness test and medical assessment required)
- Minimum Height: 158 cm for Females and 160 cm for Males
- Sound English speaking & writing skills
YOUR APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
- A completed and signed Online Application Form with passport size photo
- An Expression of Interest Letter
- An updated Resume/CV
- Copies of Gr.10 and 12 Certificates including academic transcripts if upgraded.
- Copies of NID Card / Birth Certificate issued from Civil Registry
